Manchester United have reportedly agreed a fee with Borussia Dortmund for this midfielder.
Manchester United are close to completing the signing of Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Borussia Dortmund, according to Sky Sports.
United have reportedly agreed a fee of £26.3m with Dortmund for the Armenian attacking midfielder.
Sky Sports believe that Mkhitaryan has agreed terms with the Red Devils and is due to undergo a medical within the next week.
He looks set to become the second midfielder to swap Dortmund for Manchester, after Ilkay Gundogan joined Pep Guardiola at City earlier this month.

The 27-year-old has one year remaining on his contract at Dortmund, and the Bundesliga club’s chief executive had recently asserted that the Armenian would see out his current deal.
However he now looks set to end a three-year stay at the Westfalenstadion after joining Dortmund from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2013.
He was a key player under Thomas Tuchel last season, making 48 appearances in all competitions in 2015/16 as Dortmund secured a return to the Champions League.

Boasting 18 goals and 25 assists last term, Mkhitaryan certainly showed that he has an eye for goal, something that United fans will dearly wish to see after recording just 49 Premier League goals last season (22 less than arch-rivals City).
He is also a clinical finisher at international level. With 19 goals, he is currently Armenia’s all-time leading goal-scorer.
Can he replicate that goal-scoring form at a United side who struggled in front of goal under Louis van Gaal last season?
With former PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic also believed to be closing in on a move to Old Trafford, Jose Mourinho is not messing about in this transfer window.
Mkhitaryan could become Mourinho’s second signing as United boss, following the arrival of 22-year-old defender Eric Bailly from Villarreal.
