Liverpool striker could be set to leave Anfield for Borussia Dortmund

Is this Liverpool striker set to join Borussia Dortmund?

Reports have suggested that Liverpool striker, Divock Origi looks set to depart Anfield with German outfit, Borussia Dortmund the potential suitors.

Origi has struggled to nail down a place in the Reds first team and last year played on loan with Wolfsburg to try to impress boss, Jurgen Klopp. However, it seems that with the likes of Mohamed Salah, Sadio Mane, Roberto Firmino, Dominic Solanke and Daniel Sturridge all vying for places to lead Liverpool’s attacking line, Origi could be pushed out of the reckoning.

The Belgian striker is believed to have been offered to Dortmund on loan this season, but on the condition that Klopp’s former side make a permanent offer for Origi in the summer transfer window.

Origi, a devout Christian who is part of the Ballers in God movement, is a player with undoubted ability and quality. The 23-year-old still has age on his side and needs to find a suitable club for him to settle into and flourish. Could Dortmund be the answer to the strikers woes?

The question is, will Dortmund be willing to offer Origi a permanent move in the summer?

Should Origi leave Liverpool?
